Watch traditional framework knitting in action.
As part of our Grand Reopening Weekend for Heritage Open Days 2026, join Martin, the last commercial framework knitter working in the UK today, for a live demonstration on our beautifully restored late-18th-century knitting frame. See traditional framework knitting techniques in action and find out how the craft shaped the village of Bonsall. Martin will also have a selection of handmade items available to purchase (cash or bank transfer) between 12pm and 4pm on both days.
